If you are bidding on an auction that has an open travel window, you can bid for the number of nights you want. When you place the bid, make sure to select the number of nights you want to stay. Selection of travel dates does not happen until your bid wins and you receive an email for your winning bid.
In the winning bid email, there will be a link that says “click here” which will begin your reservation process. You will then fill in your date preferences (3 different travel dates) and other details and click submit. Our Partner's Customer Service team will contact you within 48 hours after you have submitted your request and advise which of the time frames you have given is available. Our team will make will try their best to accommodate your travel request.
If the property does not have availability for the 3 dates you provide they will work with you to find alternative dates. We are not able to guarantee the specific dates you request, but generally guests end up vacationing on one of the three travel choices that they have chosen. All auctions are non-refundable, so certain flexibility is needed.
