If you got an email saying you had won an auction but that your payment was declined, you can manually checkout and pay for the item through the Bid Status section under "My Account". However, all unpaid won auctions will automatically be cancelled if they are not paid for within 48 hours. Please verify your credit card information under the "My Account" link and make sure that it is up-to-date.
If your card number is no longer valid or the expiration date has passed, you must update your credit card information by following these instructions:
- Go to My Account.
- Scroll down and select "Payments".
- Select "Checkout" and re-enter your credit card and billing information.
- Confirm Payment.
Please Note: To successfully purchase your auction items, the billing address for your credit card must match the billing address entered for your Luxury Link Auctions account. If the billing addresses do not match, the transaction may fail at the close of the auction and the order will go unpaid. We cannot guarantee item availability if your card failed to clear after the auction close date.
